Pall Teams with Saudi Arabia-based Research University to advance filtration technology

Pall Corporation has teamed with the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in Saudi Arabia to drive advances in water treatment, alternative fuels, and other areas of critical importance to communities and businesses in the Middle East and around the globe. As part of the KAUST Industry Collaboration Program (KICP), Pall will participate in research relating to filtration, separations, and purification technologies. KICP is a membership-based program aimed at fostering strong and productive partnerships with industry. As an integral component of KAUST Economic Development (ED), KICP maximizes the effectiveness of industrial collaboration within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally by engaging key partners. KICP supports ED's goal of translating knowledge into economic growth and job creation. Pall expects to collaborate with multiple research centers and other industrial partners in a wide variety of research initiatives.

Mega Science Exhibition

New Bonvivant School organises Mega Science Exhibition

Mega Science Exhibition was organized by New Bonvivant School at Hawal in which assignments were given to various Kashmiri children and students to exhibit their science oriented project.

On this occasion, talent of the children was exhibited. Prominent citizens of the respective area and various renowned personalities from different walks of life were present.

The Chairman of New Bonvivant School in his welcome address expressed his gratitude to the people of the area and parents for providing full support for such exhibition. He also expressed his thanks to the Directorate of Information for providing logistic support which enables children to present their scientific project.

On this occasion a debate was also organized in which various students participated and speakers also underscored the importance of the heritage of the Valley. The Speakers appreciated the attitude of new generation for showing keen interest in projection of their heritage site. The speakers also threw light on contribution of Saints and Awlia Kiram of Kashmir on the occasion. Various students recited Manakebets and NaitKhawni which was appreciated by one and all.
The awards were given to the students whose project was declared 1st , 2nd and 3rd on the occasion.
