Painting exhibition to push young artists of Coimbatore

A two-day exhibition of paintings was organised by some oldsters and Nature Art Creators Foundation here to push young artists of the town. Around one hundred fifteen paintings were displayed at the show where most exhibits were done by students of the inspiration. The participants are winner at varied state, national and even international levels.

Farooque Sha, a drawing teacher at the character Art Creators foundation, who trained the scholars in drawing says "The paintings were done by six students within the age cluster of 10-15years. every student created a minimum of twenty paintings."

All the scholars used oil, water acrylic and different colors for the painting. There was additionally an enormous canvas on that all the six participants drew in an exceedingly cluster.

But how do the scholars do away with time for painting from their busy study schedule? it's with the support of their oldsters. "I noticed my kid drawing on the walls of our house," says S Rajina, mother of K Mohamed Shameer. "My daughter has been making ready for the exhibition for the past 2 years. She spends her free time and holidays in painting and that we fully support her interest," says another parent, R Venkatesh, whose daughter V Priya Darshini could be a category VIII student at Avila Convent.

According to the fogeys, though the value of those paintings are high however they support their children's hardwork. "Each painting took weeks and even months to complete," Venkatesh added.

Farooque adds "Painting has led to a rise in their concentration.
